MESSAGE FROM THE DISTRICT STAFF OFFICER - MARINE SAFETY
It gives me great pleasure to announce our line-up of District Staff Officers appointed to serve in 2010. We are quite fortunate in that we’ve have been able to put together a team of highly talented, knowledgeable staff officers -- both continuing and newly appointed – who have been exceptionally generous in offering up to our mission their valuable time, energy and experience.
Please feel free to call on any one of them, if you feel the need to do so. However, whenever possible, please follow the chain of leadership and management, beginning with your local Flotilla Staff Officer for Marine Safety (FSO-MS) and/or your Division Staff Officer for Marine Safety (SO-MS). They, in turn, will move your concerns up the chain, if they are unable to deal with them directly:
